New Jaguar XF

If you want to have a car that is a successful mixture of the style and performance of a sports car with space, refinement and sophistication characteristic for a luxury saloon, then the new Jaguar XF is just for you. As many car experts say the new Jaguar XF is going to represent a new era for Jaguar and can be seen as a shift away from the old-style values embodied by cars of the X-Type and S-Type. The new model comes equipped with four different types of engines so everyone shall find something of interest to them. You can choose between two petrol units with a capacity of a 3.0 litre V6 and a 5.0 litre V8, with the latter delivering a horsepower of 385. And if you are keen on diesels, the choice of two advanced 3.0 litre diesel units providing either 237 or 271 BHP could be quite satisfactory for you. The cars’ interior is not perhaps the biggest offered in this sector, but it is at least decent and well thought of in terms of design. There is enough room for five adults in comfort. The entertainment on board includes a 6-disc in-dash CD auto-changer and stereo system. The basic luggage space is comprised of generous interior stowage as is the boot, which has a capacity of 540 litres. This can be extended by folding the rear seats thanks to which you will receive an additional 420 litres. The interior design shows indeed the high standard of the saloon. The craftsmanship, materials and attention to all details within the cabin are very impressive. As the new Jaguar XF is intended to be a blend of sport and luxurious relaxation, all major and most common safety features are present – such as ABS and twin front, side and even window airbags, rear parking sensors and cruise control. There is also a whole set of driving aids such as: Electronic Brake Assist, Electronic Brake force Distribution, Dynamic Stability Control and Cornering Brake Control. One innovative system is in action for the first time for Jaguar - Under steer Control Logic – that decelerates the vehicle and helps to restore grip to the front wheels. The used Jaguar XF looks more than impressive with the design and number of electronic features on board. The only thing which might be discouraging is the average fuel consumption.
