Prices of parts are surprisingly reasonable and the materials the vehicle is made of can be characterised with reliability and endurance. The fuel bills will not be wallet killers either. Summing up, the used Lotus Elan is worth buying. Although there are more sophisticated and powerful cars in the market produced at that time, it is the magic of Lotus badge, the sheer verve of the handling and the depth of vehicle character, which makes it a charismatic used buy.
